Enabling NFC on Your Device

While the latest iPhones can auto-read NFC tags, you may need to enable the NFC feature on the following devices:

iPhone 7 to X with iOS 11/13/14

For devices with iOS 11-13, install a third-party NFC reader app.

For devices with iOS14, add 'NFC Tag Reader' on the Control Center by following these steps :

1. Go to your phone's 'Settings'

2. Tap 'Control Center'

3. Look for 'NFC Tag Reader' and click the + sign beside

it to add the NFC Tag Reader to you Control Center.

Android Devices

1. Go to your phone's 'Settings'

2. Tap 'More'

3. Scroll down to NFC options

4. Tap on the NFC switch to activate it

If you can't find the NFC switch, use your device's search function within it's 'Settings' to search for 'NFC'. If your device is NFC-ready, the NFC option should appear.

Samsung Devices

1. Go to your phone's 'Settings'

2. Tap 'Connections'

3. You should see the 'NFC' option

4. Tap the switch to activate NFC

What is YehYeh?

YehYeh contains special chips that can seamlessly transmit your information from one phone to another. You can place them anywhere and instantly share your social media profiles and locate the last location your YehYeh was tagged. Anyone with a compatible smartphone can scan your details in seconds.

How does YehYeh work?

First, you'll need to download and set up the app before sticking your YehYeh to the back of your phone (or anywhere you like).

To ensure YehYeh's longevity, we recommend you stick your YehYeh to your phone case and not directly onto your phone.

For most iPhone and Android phones (excluding Samsung), it's best to place it near the bottom of your phone or case as placing it at the top can repeatedly set off the reader. Always test the placement before committing.

Does my friend need the YehYeh app to connect with mine?

No, other people don't need the app for YehYeh to work. All you need is a compatible smartphone, and YehYeh is compatible with nearly all of the most popular models. You can check out the list of phones in the section above.

Is YehYeh only for phones?

YehYeh can be placed anywhere you want. We’ve seen YehYeh on cars, boats, laptops, in restaurants, restrooms, on trees and light posts, benches, offices, and even bicycles! You can even track where your YehYeh was last tapped by using the app.

What is your return policy?

Please return within 30 days of delivery for a no-questions-asked refund.

Can I earn money promoting YehYeh?

Can I really locate my YehYeh?

Yes, the YehYeh app lets you know where your YehYeh was last tapped. BUT, it cannot be used as a GPS tracker.

Do you ship internationally?

YehYeh is available in most countries in the world. We cannot ship to any country or region experiencing conflict or under any US or UN Sanctions.

Are all phones compatible?

YehYeh works with all smart phones by using near field communication (NFC) or a QR code (if the device is not compatible with NFC).

Can I customize the content of my YehYeh?

Yes, all YehYeh can be customized with your own links and info (you can also place secret messages that pop up when your YehYeh is tapped).

What languages does YehYeh support?

YehYeh supports English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, and Chinese.under any US or UN Sanctions.

Does YehYeh need WiFi to work?

YehYeh doesn’t require an internet connection to share, but it does require internet to view other bios. You can even use YehYeh while travelling to connect with new friends.

Is YehYeh waterproof?

YehYeh is sealed with a polymer that makes it water-resistant.

Does YehYeh offer any special warranty?

For a small monthly fee, you can secure a lifetime replacement warranty for your YehYeh.

How many YehYeh bios can I have?

We currently don't have a limit for the number of bios you can set up. But, we recommend that you only set up the amount of bios that you feel you can comfortably manage. That number is entirely up to you.
